Cassandra began meditating thirteen years ago. Completing her teacher certification with Charlotte Meditation and Palouse Mindfulness (Mindfulness Base Stress Reduction) has not only intensified her own practice but has helped her share this practice and her knowledge with others. With 15+ years of Early Childcare experience and an entrepreneur in early childcare education she is delighted to share and strengthen the force field of peace and calm by practicing meditation. She is happy to share this practice with everyone desiring to master stress and operate with mental clarity.

Education:  Associate; General Education; Central Piedmont Community College, Bachelors of Arts; Early Childhood Education Administration, and Master of Arts; Teaching and Learning Technology from Ashford University.
